BIE and NORC Distance Learning Household Survey - 2020-2021
Tiospaye Topa School is working with the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) at the U.S. Department of the Interior to build a better online school system for your child. BIE and NORC at the University of Chicago are conducting a study on distance education during the 2020-2021 school year. The study will be used to make recommendations how distance learning can do a better job of meeting the needs of students, families, and teachers.
You can complete the Distance Learning Household Survey here:
The survey will ask a few questions about what your, and your child’s, experience of online school has been in the past year. It should take about 15 minutes to complete. Your answers to the survey will be kept private. The answers you provide will be combined with answers from other families to help improve the educational system for all of us.
If you have difficulties completing the survey online or if you would prefer a paper version, please direct your request to the NORC research team, either by email at email@example.com or by phone at 877-777-5332. They will mail you a survey packet that you can return free of charge.
We thank you in advance for participating in this important study.
